A company-wide management record

Planned: connect task purpose, owner, status, completion criteria, evidence, verifier, score, approval, failures and next action. Management value: a shared view across people, AI agents and separate execution tools.

Completion must be demonstrated

Planned assurance cycle: Assignment → Completion Criteria → Evidence → Verification → Score → Result → Improvement. An agent reporting “done” is a submission for review, not automatic acceptance.

AI-supported understanding

Planned: natural-language business questions, AI classification, extraction, summarization, prioritization and reports. Management value: turn business information into useful recommendations while keeping sources and uncertainty visible.

Business applications and workspaces

Planned: business apps, management dashboards, project views, forms and reusable templates, with natural-language assistance. Management value: organize the experience around the responsibility of each team.

Workflows and authorized action

Planned: triggers, conditions, handoffs, review steps, notifications and authorized personalized communications. Management value: make recurring work repeatable without losing responsibility for external actions.

Business connections and intake

Planned: business-system connections, migration assistance, document and email intake, and permitted web research. Management value: reduce fragmentation and keep business context available where decisions happen.

Growth production and learning

Planned: batch copy and visual production, audience research and localized business assets. Connect promotion outputs to inquiries, opportunities and evidence of results, rather than rewarding content volume alone.

Human Machine Capital

Planned: assignment history, capability profiles, verified completion, quality scores and performance comparisons. Rankings and recognition should reflect comparable work and sufficient evidence, not self-reported activity.

Capability, verification and recognition

Planned: reusable competency criteria, performance history and evidence-linked completion records. Internal certificates or recognition would indicate a verified organizational achievement, with issuer, scope and criteria recorded; they are not external accreditation. Failed reviews should return work for correction and preserve the learning history.

Governance and product roadmap

All capabilities on this page are planned development scope, not currently verified product features. Release-level availability, deployment support, connections and permissions must be validated individually. This roadmap belongs to Flowise, Cyberwisdom’s own product.

PRODUCT CAPABILITY → BUSINESS OPERATION

How a business team would use it

Create an assignment against a business objective, attach its completion criteria and specify the permitted actor. Record the action, submission and evidence separately. A reviewer accepts or returns the result; a configured rule can then notify the next owner by email or prepare the next authorized step. These are planned capabilities that require verified integrations, permissions and exception handling.

Keep responsibility and evidence connected

Business people define the purpose, owner, conditions and acceptance rules. Role-based access controls determine who may view, change, assign, approve or verify. The operating history should retain who acted, when, why, under which authority and with what result. Connected systems remain responsible for their own work; Flowise is designed to preserve shared meaning and traceability across those boundaries.
