Cloud or On-premises

Cloud is designed for centrally managed operation. On-premises is intended for organizations that need control over their own hosting environment. Deployment, support and access arrangements will be confirmed during implementation.

Connected business records

Planned foundation: structured records, linked relationships, configurable business fields and attachments. Management value: connect each customer, project and action to its purpose and owner.

Views for different responsibilities

Planned foundation: familiar record editing, filtering, sorting, grouping and role-relevant work views. Management value: give each team a practical way to focus on its next decisions and actions.

Relationships and business measures

Planned foundation: linked items, lookups, summaries and calculations. Management value: connect detailed work to progress, resource needs and business measures without repeatedly re-entering the same information.

Collaboration and continuity

Planned foundation: shared workspaces, collaboration and controlled access, with import, export and supported business connections assessed for the selected release. Management value: keep knowledge available across teams and handovers.

How a business team would use it

Start with a business object, such as a customer commitment. Define its owner, purpose, state and related work. Connect existing customer and project information, then give each role the view needed to act. Core is the planned foundation for maintaining that shared structure through Cloud or On-premises deployment. Validate the selected release before relying on any capability.

Keep responsibility and evidence connected

Business people define the purpose, owner, conditions and acceptance rules. Role-based access controls determine who may view, change, assign, approve or verify. The operating history should retain who acted, when, why, under which authority and with what result. Connected systems remain responsible for their own work; Flowise is designed to preserve shared meaning and traceability across those boundaries.
